The location of the hostel is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station which makes it convenient for getting around the city. They even provided a map of Mumbai with highlights on it, which was incredibly helpful in exploring the city. the reception staff were always friendly and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. a great stay with all the necessary amenities for a business traveler.

The location in Khar Road was fantastic, with Linking Road and Hill Road just a short walk away. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. the beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly, making it the coldest we experienced in India. We also appreciated the provided toiletries, linens, and towels. Plus, they accepted credit cards, which was a relief as many other hotels in India did not. We were also impressed with their responsiveness to emails prior to our arrival.

The hostel had all the facilities I needed, including a washing machine and drying area. the rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was excellent. the staff person who prepared breakfast and tidied up the common room was really great at his job. the location was also great, with a train station about 15 minutes away and convenience stores and a nice cafe/restaurant nearby. it was a well-managed hostel with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even had a washing machine available for a small fee, and the clothes dried quickly on the rooftop drying racks. The rooms were high-quality for the price, with useful features like plenty of hooks and hangers.

The art on the walls was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the attention to detail, like the proper hand washing liquid in the bathrooms. This was my second stay and they even remembered me and gave me the same room!
